If documents or reports are submitted to their recipient roles a standard email is created which contains information about the document name, the document status (draft, reviewed, etc.), the time of its creation, a link opening the document on the server, a link opening the project area on the server, and with the sender and all receipients visible.
Every submission is stored in a submission log per project and allows to trace who sent what to whome when.
Open the PROJECT LOG with the buuton displayed on the Project Overview.
