You call the command VIEW - OVERVIEW and STATISTICS. This will open a dialog in which a tree structure of all projects and documents in the projects is displayed. Each element in the tree is a link to open the specific document.
On top of that dialog you can enter the document type and document status, and if you scroll down and choose SUBMIT, this will highlight (in red) all links to documents found of that specific type and document status and delivery the number found.
