The EuroSPI 2000 Exhibition

EuroSPI 2000 offers organisations who provide services, tools, books, guidelines, and co-operation opportunities a professional opportunity to meet business and process improvement managers to

  • generate business contacts
  • offer the services, tools, books, guidelines, and co-operation opportunities
  • achieve visibility on the central European and Scandinavian market
The exhibition runs alongside with the conference on 7-9 Nov. 2000 at the SAS Falkoner in Kopenhagen, Denmark.
The Services Included

Introduction
The exhibition will be located beside the main conference hall and allows a maximum of 20 exhibition stands. For providing exhibition places the First-Come-First-Served principle will apply.

Integration into Conference
To support the integration into EuroSPI conferences the coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition area ensuring that all conference attendees have a chance of taking a coffee and walking through the established set of exhibition stands.

Vendor Track
Beside the two stream conference, on one afternoon EuroSPI plans to run a vendor track. Exhibitors can register for this vendor track and get a 30 minutes presentation. This presentation will be advertised in the conference program, and it will cost 250 Euro in addition to the exhibitor fee.

Services
The exhibitor will be provided with

  • a table
  • two chairs,
  • space of approx. 2 x 2 meters
  • a plate with company name,
  • a flip chart for discussions.
In addition exhibitors are allowed to include a company brochure and leaflet in the delegate pack which is distributed to all conference attendees.
Also an exhibition information will be prepared and distributed announcing all exhibition stands with a small description of the services and products offered.

What is not included
We will have a technician available for technical problems, but we do not provide service in installation of software or hardware. It is only meant for serious trouble shooting actions assuring smooth organisation of exhibition.
We assume that the exhibitor will install software and hardware by himself, no software or hardware is included in the exhibition services. They have to be ordered separately (see below).

Prices
The above described services are charged at 1355 EUR per exhibition stand.

After you have ordered this additional equipment ISCN will forward the order to the local supporter who then will send you a confirmation of the additional technology booking and an invoice for technology renting.
