1. Product Information

General - Cost Free License

General - Cost Free License The upgrade to further releases, the support and the correction of problems requires an annual maintenance agreement. The service costs (fee) for the maintenance (2 - 3 software upgrades per year) amount 1100 EUR per year.

Component 1 - Content

This tool includes a configuration of Automotive SPICE©, ISO/IEC 15504,
and integrated Safety Assessment Functions.
It is possible to receive further configurations either
by buying an additional content configuration or by upgrading
to a corporate or enterprise solution.

Component 2 - Assessment Solution

This installation includes the assessment tool which is
- multiuser access based
- runs in the Intra/Internet
- unlimited number of projects
- unlimited assessors
- platform independent (Windows oder Linux)

This tool comprises
- assessment administration
- project work spaces
- assessor work spaces
- assessor notes
- upload of evidences
- assignment of evidences to processes
- online advise for projects by assessors
- satisfaction profiles
- rating profiles
- capability level profiles
- assessment records (overview of ratings and comments)
- excel exports for automatic filtering and inclusion in reports

Once installed it will be a platform for all projects to
work with, adminstered by the quality representative.

2. Requirements and Scope

The Capability Adviser requires the following environment:

- Web server
- PHP >= 4.3.x
- MySQL >= 4.x

The provided Installation Package includes all required software and installs the required environment with the Capabity Adviser on your computer.

3. License Agreements

LC-AG PJ-01/005 - Customer Identifier

3.1. License for Use

The customer is not allowed to modify documents, materials, source file and database structure and content. The license is limited to one installation on one server of a company.

The use of the product is free of cost. The upgrade, the support and the maintenance of the product is subjected to a maintenance agreement with an annual service fee.

3.2 Copy Rights

The customer agrees that the Capability Adviser will not be
provided, copied, or sold to any third party.

3.3 Risks and Liabilities

Each of the contracting parties discharges the other of any civil
liability for any damages itself or its staff may incur as a result
of the performance of this agreement, insofar as such damages are not
due to a serious and intentional fault on the part of the other
contracting party or its staff.

3.3 Maintenance

ISCN guarantees that the functionality of the components is mainly correct. After signing an maintenance agreement ISCN will provide corrective support which means that any functional errors will be corrected and new versions will be delivered via Internet.

3.4 Termination

The license agreement becomes effective with the
registration and installation of the software.

The maintenance agreement becomes effective with the
joined signature of a maintenance agreement (standard
agreement template).

3.5 Applicable Law

The law applicable to the license agreement is the Austrian law, court of
Graz, or Irish law, court of Dublin.
